Though extrusion breaker plates may appear robust, they are often engineered with precise perforations and delicate surface coatings that can be damaged by uncontrolled, high-temperature cleaning methods. High-temperature furnaces, used to burn out polymer residues, can compromise these coatings and machined perforations, impacting performance and longevity.
