What you’ll do:
- Perform advanced assembly and disassembly of complex filtration components.
- Consistently follow work instructions to properly build and document collected data for customer assembled parts.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and assembly issues to maintain process efficiency.
- Conduct detailed inspections before, during and after the assembly process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in coordinating workflow and ensuring jobs are completed according to schedule.
What you’ll need:
- Advanced proficiency in using measurement tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and thread pitch gauges.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to properly assemble and disassemble complex customer parts while preventing damage. -Knowledge of simple and advanced mechanical principles, including proper thread engagement and torque application.
- High School Diploma: Technical certification preferred.
